How long will delivery take?
We pack your order as soon as possible and ship it from our warehouse located in the United Kingdom.
Typically, deliveries to UK addresses takes between 5-7 working days. All orders are usually processed for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 5 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
At this time, International delivery (including Ireland) can take between 10–30 business days although it is usually much quicker than this.
I didn't receive an order confirmation
If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us at info@ohsoconnie.co.uk
to check if we have received the order. Always
get in touch before placing a new order to avoid duplication.
How do I return my order?
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ohsoconnie.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return unfortunately cannot be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You are responsible for postage and shipping costs to our address in the UK.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse please email us immediately via info@ohsoconnie.co.uk. However, we can't promise that we'll have enough time to cancel your order in every circumstance.
